What if my product is damaged?
Upon delivery, please check the packaging of your item(s). If there is visible damage, including to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you cannot inspect the item right away but suspect possible damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, email photos to support@thenomadsessentials.com and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
