Return Policy

Return Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the product must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@thenomadsessentials.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if the item is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, such as buyer’s remorse, you will need to cover the return shipping expense.

How to Return Products

We only accept returns via mail.

Return Label

For defective or damaged returns, please contact us, and we will send a return shipping label via email. Simply download and print the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not yet been received:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@thenomadsessentials.com.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
